Daily Mantra

At the center of my being I have the answer. I know who I am, and I know what I want.

My beautiful gypsy friend Dragon from Bisbee made this and emailed it to me. It feels so true to my being, I feel like a flower opening more and more each day. Some day I will show you a picture of Dragon and tell you more of his story. He is the gypsy who passed down and braided the Seawolf Medicine into my hair. Everywhere he goes and every word he speaks radiates love and kindness. He is always smiling. His mantra is “Happy happy love love happy happy love.” He IS happiness. I miss him.

    We are what we think.
All that we are arises with our thoughts.
With our thoughts, we make the world.
As a man thinkith, so shall he become!
    – Dhammapada

The law of gravity is nonsense.
    No such law exists!
If I think I float, and you think I float,
Then it happens. – George Orwell – 1984

“Was I before Chuang Tzu who dreamt about being a butterfly,
or am I now a butterfly who dreams about being Chuang Tzu?” – Chuang Tzu

All which exists is neither good nor bad.
    Only thinking makes it so!
    – Shakespeare

We shall never cease from exploration
and at the end of all our exploring,
we will have arrived where we started
and know this place for the first time.
    – T.S. Eliot

The future is simply infinite possibility waiting to happen. What it waits on is human imagination to crystallize its possibility. – Leland Kaiser

All that we are is the result of what we have
thought. If a man speaks or acts with an evil
thought, pain follows him. If a man speaks or
acts with a pure thought, happiness follows him,
like a shadow that never leaves him.

    The Elephant

    If the traveler can find
    A virtuous and wise companion
Let him go with him joyfully
And overcome the dangers of the way.

    But if you cannot find
Friend or master to go with you
    Travel on alone-
Like a king who has given away his kingdom,
Like an elephant in the forest.
Travel on alone, Rather than with a fool for company.

    To have done something good
Before leaving this world is sweet.
To let go of sorrow is sweet.
It is sweet to live arduously,
    And to master yourself.

O how sweet it is to enjoy life,
    Living in honesty and strength.
And wisdom and temperance are sweet,
    And freedom.

We walk with everyone. We are made of stars. We are everything and all.

Know yourself and you are whole. Tell me with whom you walk and I will tell you who you are..
