					<description><![CDATA[Wow, I can&#039;t imagine anyone would cover 6,000 sq. ft!  It&#039;s supposed to be used in certain areas, that won&#039;t grow...shaded, etc.  What is the cost of watering, mowing, fertilizing, etc, and why pay that if it doesn&#039;t look like it should?

Also, I heard there is a fresh cut grass scent you can use, no joking!]]></description>
