					<description><![CDATA[Wow!  what an inspiring way to start my morning.  I love peaks into other worlds and wonder if and when it will impove for them.  In one of the comments someone had said they were staioned in South Korea in both 1960 &#038; 1982, and that in 1960 both NK &#038; SK looked very much the same, but just 22 years later the south was hugely improved, very modern and now looks much like NYC.  I am ver so grateful to live in a country that doesn&#039;t have electrified fences along the beaches!]]></description>
