Will they be implementing this design, or at least using most of the ideas from the design?

While I like the features of the redesign, I think they would add awesome functionality to a news site, something’s missing for me…like the focus on BBC news. I like the feel of the 1st runner up, (although it looks a lot like Rhapsody) (but probably mostly because of the picture of Ricky Gervais) because I know that I am at a site for news. The winner’s design seemed so void of any BBCness – I go to the BBC site for news, and while it would be awesome to have all of those personalization and community features, I want a little more news.
