I will try to find the name of the supplement I took to get rid of heavy metals. Its very gentle on the system and highly effective.

Yep. I had high levels of mercury and aluminium, and amazingly enough, no lead. Mercury is the real killer. It triggers (and some believe causes) many of the brain regenerative diseases later in life like Alzheimer’s. Lead affects the brain too. Both of them play a part in severely lowering the immune system. Thank goodness at the time it was discovered I had access to an amazing specialist who helped me completely cleanse the system. Slowly over the years since then I have noticed huge improvements in attention span, vocabulary and memory. I no longer have really bad days where I sometimes felt unable to communicate my thoughts using even the simplest words, and I no longer struggle to access information I know is stored there or forget what I was just about to do.

Our son had his urine tested (for nutrional purposes, because he’s a pro athlete), to see what supplements he might need. He tested high for mercury and lead. He takes supplements to lower both, but the nutritionist told him to quit drinking any water but bottled water. Scary. And the supplements and bottled water haven’t brought down the levels all that much.
