Just the other day I spotted some rainbow suspenders covered in stars at a fleamarket, showed them to mom and said, “Aww! Wouldn’t Nathan look cute in these? Remember how cute he looked when you dressed him up as a little boy?” being incredibly sarcastic, and she actually said, “Oooh!!! Should I get them for him? Do you think he’d like them? Wait wait! Which colour?”

I nearly peed myself.
