forgiveness for me came from the Lord when i asked him to forgive me and made amends to the ones i had harmed i no longer felt guilty even if they did not forgive me.i actually felt freedom.

now this conversation i like. i too read it and it did not make sense but now it does.i am glad too see that you think deeply about life and how too heal. when i come to co i will tell you my journey. i do believe each generation that heals saves many generations. i wish i had been healed and was forgiven before my children wsere grown. to this day i hope i can help them with there journey when there time is here.

Sounds like you have it! There are many correlations in so many religions and beliefs but so many I know of in Christianity.I think your last question, the heart expressing love through the mouth always heals or causes growth. But the mind without love being expressed can create ties that bind us. I'm realising this so much now. It's not always true that unforgiveness only hurts the one who won't forgive. I know that in every case in my own life, that when I have been tormented by the knowledge that I have been unforgiven, no matter if I did something unforgivable or it was a misunderstanding, it stays with me. Like my particles that were once given in love to that person are being held hostage by them.

Hm. Interesting. Well that definately helps. I can at least draw parallels now. Like the curse of disobedience of a person lasting until the 4th generation or until it is broken by someone in the lineage that recognizes it; and also soul ties, like the soul of Jonathan being knit together with the soul of David (best friends)…or simply, when a man leaves his mother and father to be joined in one flesh with his wife…even if the relationship fails, the soul tie remains, unless of course it is broken. So now you are making more sense! 😉 But you are absolutely right when you talk about forgiveness – because the person being held in contempt isn't affected by another's unforgiveness…it only destroys the one harboring it. Your last quote – your mind has no power to change your life, that privlege belongs to your heart alone. Do you think that your mouth plays a role? By the things you confess or release into the atmosphere?
