Hi Love – thanks for the beautiful message. Since coming out of Vipassana meditation I have felt the sense of urgency disappear and I feel connected to our Sun at all times, especially through the food that I eat which is bathed in the Sun’s love. I will look up that book you suggested – thank you 🙂

Hi Bird,

The Sun is a reflection of God’s Pure Love for Humanity and many planets in our solar system. The Sun sustains life on Earth, and we depend on it for survival. Our Higher Self dwells in the Sun in a much more perfect state than our physical human expression on the earth plane. A wonderful master: Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov have a great book I think you’d like and the book has suggestion on connecting with the sun very early in the morning and meditating with it so that the Sun may charge you and bring you closer to your Divine Self and to God’s Love.

In reply to chloe. Yes, I think you are spot on. And in doing so with bare feet I will connect to the Central Sun of the Earth, which has a continuing love affair with our Sun, always in each others sights, regardless of rain or shine, night or day. Thank you for these ideas!

my first thoughts are to think outside the box…the sun god is our grandfather, fire from the south, grandfather fire…start on a more grounding level, a level where we exist…mediate around an open fire, call upon your ancestors, oh great grandfather fire…call upon the spirits of the south, oh great ancestors of fire…maybe such wiccan avenues can open the path for you. happy samhain!

Yes I think that has a lot to do with it – being outside, take my shoes off, earth myself completely for a long time each day. im going to start fire breathing every day too to see what that does.
