Hmmm. Except that al-Jazeera is not located in Iraq. Bombing TV stations within a country that you are attacking is one thing, condonable or not, but bombing a private business in an allied country is completely different.

Clinton bombed various Serbian TV stations when they invaded. Meant to cut off enemy communication lines. Nothing strange about that tactic.
What is strange is that they decided NOT to bomb al-Jazeera..
