I think I would be a little more fearful of that… “inspirational creative space that has featured design projects…itemizing everything that was used”
That sounds a lot like Ikea, and makes me think of a future world where you visit a friend and say “Oh my God! I have the same living room as you!” and then you both, presumably, jump up and down in little school girl outfits and your eyes turn into two upside down Us.

Dad, what great ideas! I would love to go to a hardware store that’s less like a warehouse and more like an inspirational creative space that has featured design projects on the floor throughout the space, itemizing everything that was used to create that look.
And that Puma store is definitely worth looking at.

That sounds excellent. I recently was at the Puma website and they let you design your own shoes via a sushi bar interface – I knew I didn’t want the shoes but the process was so enjoyable that I went through it anyway.
I never bought the shoes, but likely many people would, after having put so much time and personal enjoyment into it.
Anyway, putting together your home I. project like you’re putting together a turkey sandwich sounds like good times.

I designed a concept for a large paint company 3 years ago which is a DIY hardware store aimed at women cause I felt that more women were visiting hardware stores than men yet the typical store looks somthing like a storeroom!
the concept that I proposed looked like a deli inside – we even conceived handcreams in the store etc
