The caller ID spoofing service once meant for law enforcement agencies, private investigators and collection agencies is now available to anyone. For about 17 cents a minute, SpoofCard lets you send any numeric string as your Caller ID code. It comes with optional voice modification. And you don’t need a computer to use the service.
