Today I found out from my childhood neighbour (Gareth Barlow) how to delete my Google+ account without affecting the other Google services I want to keep.<\/p>\n

  1. Login to Google+<\/li>\n
  2. Click on your username (top right) and select “Account Settings”<\/li>\n
  3. Under “Services” click “Delete profile and social features”<\/li>\n
  4. The next page will ask you whether you want to remove only Google+ only or your entire Google account.<\/li>\n
  5. Select what you want and BREATHE! “Ahhhhhhhh!”<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
