Be said the rollout will start in London to be followed swiftly with the rest of the UK.  Full Be rollout plans and prices have yet to be finalised. Be is the first operator in the UK to use Alcatel&#8217;s next-generation <a href=\"http:\/\/www.alcatel.com\/products\/productsbysubfamily.jhtml?subCategory=DSLAMs\" rel=\"external\">DSLAM<\/a> connectivity equipment in BT&#8217;s exchanges, along with aggregation and routing equipment, to help achieve the high bandwidth.<\/p>\n<p>Cable &#038; Wireless-owned <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bulldogbroadband.com\/\" rel=\"external\"><strong>Bulldog<\/strong><\/a> currently offers the highest broadband download speed to users, at 8Mbps.
