On Friday we went to visit one of the largest aquatic and reptile centres I have ever been to… and I fell in love.. TWICE!! There was an iguana (one of my all time favourite reptiles) that had been mistreated as a baby, with the result that his growth has been stunted, measuring in at a mere 4.5 ft at age 5. They also had the cutest yellow belly turtles (yellow-bellied sliders). They seemed very sleepy and unplayful… making them even more fun to watch… here’s one popping eggs!
