Rows between mother and daughter-in-law drive man to seek divorce
A Chinese man who filed for divorce because his wife and his mother wouldn’t stop arguing, has been unsuccessful.
The man’s mother shares the family’s home in Nanjing, eastern China. Police have been called 20 times in the past year to help settle disputes, says the Yangtze Evening News.
It reports the man apparently then decided to seek a divorce, saying he could no longer stand the constant arguing. However, a judge refused, saying because he still loved his wife he must put up with the rows.
