South Africa: Notice of motion filed in same-sex marriage litigation

(Johannesburg) The Lesbian & Gay Equality Project, along with several community organisations and same-sex couples, yesterday gave notice of their intention to challenge the common law definition of marriage in the Johannesburg High Court.
