NBC4.TV News: “Charlie” learned to fish to kick off the Wildlife Festival 2005 in Lewiston, N.Y., last weekend. Charlie is the honorary “chair chimp” of this year’s event. He ended up catching two fish in the Niagara River just north of Niagara Falls.
