Today’s 5am meditation was EXTREMELY powerful! 15 minutes of intense fast hyperventilation through the nose while I used my whole body and pumped my arms to shove the energy out on the outbreath. It creates a massive build up of energy and emotions and deep seated memories that swirl around. Then the music goes nuts
